The Mothus's blade is crafted from Sandvik 14C28N steel, renowned for its toughness, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.

The thumb disk, supported by ball bearings in the pivot, ensures a smooth and fluid opening, while the crossbar lock secures the blade firmly in place.

The blade itself is a drop point design, finished in stonewash, and the knife features a reversible pocket clip for convenience.

•  Sandvik 14C28N Steel: This Swedish stainless steel is heat-treated to a hardness of approximately 59 HRC. Its balanced composition of carbon, chromium and nitrogen gives it excellent corrosion resistance combined with high toughness. It is characterized by its fine edge, good edge retention and ease of sharpening, making it an ideal choice for everyday use.

•  Drop Point Blade: The  blade, with its practical stonewash finish, offers a versatile cutting edge that culminates in a precise tip. With a thickness of 3.5 mm and a flat grind, the blade balances strength and cutting performance. Deployment is facilitated by a thumb disk and ball bearings, allowing quick one-handed opening.

•  G10 Handle: The handle is constructed from G10 with a carbon fibre pattern, a durable material resistant to moisture, chemicals and mechanical damage. Its fully symmetrical design and crossbar lock make the Mothus suitable for both left and right-handed users. The knife includes a reversible tip-up pocket clip, allowing it to be carried comfortably in either pocket.
