1. ORDERS

1.1. REQUIREMENTS

To place an order on www.mundilar.net , it is necessary for the user to have an email and for their browser to be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups - in order to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the Mundilar Airguns online store.

All orders are subject to a minimum value of €20.

1.2 HOW TO ORDER?

1. Find the products you wish to purchase;
2. Add them to the cart;
3. Proceed to checkout;
4. Fill in with your personal details and log in;
5. Select the payment method;
6. Confirm the order.

✔️Your order is confirmed when you select the green button “Confirm Order” at the end of the purchasing process. When the Mundilar Airguns team receives your order, a message with your order number and all its details will appear on the screen.

✔️At that moment, an automatic confirmation is sent to your email. By submitting the order form, you are accepting the general purchase conditions.

✔️We reserve the right to not accept your order or to cancel it, even after the automatic confirmation has been sent.

✔️The seller may not process orders that do not have sufficient guarantee of good collection, that are incomplete or incorrect, or that refer to products that are no longer available. In that case, we will inform you by email, specifying the reasons for this (within 30 days after receiving the request).

✔️If an order and respective payment for products that are no longer available have been made, the seller will proceed with the refund of the money for the unavailable items.

1.3 RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE

Mundilar Airguns reserves the right to refuse any order and to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted), without liability for any damages or costs, in the following situations (among others):

• The product is no longer available or in stock (refund will be made);
• Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
• The order is flagged by our Security Systems as incorrect or susceptible to fraud;
• The payment for the order has not been received by us within a 2 working days period after the acceptance of your order;
• We believe you are under 18 years old;
• We believe you are a reseller;
• It is not possible to deliver to the provided address.

1.4 DATA VERIFICATION

✔ Upon receiving the order, we may perform some checks on it before preparing it, including address verification, credibility, and fraud detection.

Fraud detection includes a partially automated check on all orders to filter out unusual, suspicious, or identified fraud-prone transactions - they will then be investigated and, if necessary, processed.

2. WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT PRICING

2.1 PAYMENT METHODS

✔ Payment methods include: Credit Card, Multibanco Reference, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Splitit Installment Payment, and Cash on Delivery (for Mainland Portugal). We do not accept any other payment method besides the ones mentioned. Mundilar Airguns is not responsible for payment loss or any other damages that may arise from payment by any unspecified means.

2.2 PAYMENT PROCESSING

✔ If you pay with Credit Card, PayPal, or Splitit, we will deduct the amount as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

✔ In the case of payment by Credit Card, all details will be sent via encrypted protocol to the company providing remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to the information. This information will also not be used by Mundilar Airguns, except to carry out necessary purchasing, refunding, or police communication procedures in cases of fraud.

✔ In the case of payment by Multibanco Reference, the order processing will commence upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received after 3 calendar days from order placement, Mundilar Airguns reserves the right to cancel the order.

✔ The purchase price of the products and shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged to the account when the purchased products are actually shipped.

✔ Payments can only be processed if the billing information provided can be verified.

3. ORDER SECURITY

3.1 Mundilar Airguns uses one of the most robust security technologies among encryption platforms available. Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until the processing of your transaction, never being stored on a public server at any time. However, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet can never be 100% guaranteed.

Mundilar Airguns shall not be held responsible for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including: damages arising from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs, or transmission of computer viruses.

4. PRICES

4.1 Product prices include VAT at the legal rate, which may be changed without prior notice. Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rate will depend on the country where your order will be delivered and its weight. For additional information on shipping rates, please see the SHIPPING CONDITIONS page. You can also simulate these rates by adding desired products to your cart and entering your delivery address.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 WHERE AND WHEN?

We deliver products from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. We do not make deliveries on certain holidays.

We can only fulfill the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a house or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries. To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling or appointments, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier. We do not guarantee this timeframe during promotions, sales, Christmas, epidemic periods, or in case of stock shortage.

A delivery is considered made with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Any complaint of non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of placing the order. After this period, Mundilar Airguns cannot be held responsible for its loss.

5.2 INSPECTION AT DELIVERY TIME

At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging to check for any damages. If it is found that the products are damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned.

Mundilar Airguns will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
