Design and ergonomics

The handle features a modern, ergonomic profile with a pronounced finger groove, giving a secure, comfortable grip even during extended use.

With a closed length of 13.1 cm, an overall length of 22.5 cm and a weight of 145 g, the Noctar is not a compact knife, but a solid and well-balanced tool that feels reassuring in the hand.

Jimping on the spine gives your thumb extra control during precise cuts.

Drop point blade in 14C28N steel

The 9.5 cm drop point blade has a thickness of 3.5 mm, a flat grind and a long swedge, delivering controlled, efficient cutting performance.

It handles a wide range of jobs with ease, from opening boxes and cutting rope to food preparation at camp.

The blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N, a Swedish stainless steel enriched with nitrogen.

It offers excellent corrosion resistance and good edge retention, and is easy to bring back to a keen edge.

Clean and dry the blade after use to keep it in top condition.

The satin finish gives the blade a refined, classic look that remains very popular among knife enthusiasts.

G10 handle

The black handle scales are made of G10, a composite of glass fibre and synthetic resin.

G10 is extremely strong, lightweight and dimensionally stable, and is unaffected by moisture or temperature changes.

Its textured surface provides a dependable grip in all conditions, even when wet, making it an excellent choice for a knife built to work.

Opening, lock and clip

A generous thumb hole and ceramic ball bearings allow smooth one-hand opening.

An ambidextrous crossbar lock keeps the blade firmly in place and lets you close the knife safely, without placing your fingers in the path of the blade.

The reversible tip-up pocket clip can be mounted on either side, so the Noctar is ready for carry by both left and right-handed users.

The Noctar was designed by Grzegorz "Kombou" Grabarski, a Polish graphic artist, photographer and Bestech's lead knife designer.

Known for unconventional ideas that break the stereotypes of knife design, he gives the Noctar a design language that doesn't need to be loud to stand out.
