Snowpeak Slingshot 002
The Slingshot 002 is a compact and precision-oriented model from the same trusted manufacturer behind popular PCP and spring-powered airguns.
The handle is made from high-density ABS polymer, providing a firm and smooth grip.
The Y-frame is constructed from solid steel with a consistent 6mm diameter. It is a single-piece build with no welds or joints, ensuring durability and structural integrity.
Each fork tip is equipped with four green fiber optic inserts to assist with manual aiming.
These visual guides help align the projectile with the centerline of the frame during draw.
The latex band is secured by polymer retainers
The caps on the Y-frame ends are threaded, allowing for quick access when replacing the bands.
The projectile pouch measures 14 by 38 millimeters, slightly larger than the one found on the 003 model.
It is optimized for 6mm and 8mm steel shot, with a dedicated cut-out for smaller rounds.
The slingshot is also compatible with caliber polymer balls, which offer a good balance of speed and impact without excessive force, making them suitable for safe target practice or humane pest control.
